Applications: which one is right for you?
General
For public entities applying for long-term financing for drinking water, clean water, energy efficiency and/or renewable energy, or road and bridge projects.
Small Drinking Water
For small drinking water systems serving fewer than 10,000 people.
C-PACE
Assists commercial, industrial, and non-profit organizations financing clean energy projects.
Emerging Contaminants Grant
For disadvantaged or small drinking water systems serving fewer than 10,000 people under the Emerging Contaminants - Small or Disadvantaged Communities Grant Program.
Municipal Road & Bridge
Eligible projects include capital improvements to roads and bridges, and associated works such as sidewalks. Loans through the MRBRF may be repaid over up to 20 years and can be structured to meet each borrower’s repayment ability.
Resilient Rhody Infrastructure Fund
For public entities applying for financing for stormwater retention and mitigation, and green infrastructure projects.
Stormwater Accelerator
For nonprofits interested in accelerating grant-funded projects. Provides construction-style loans when a project has grant funding but needs cash flow before grant reimbursement.
CSSLP / STILF / FPLP
For municipalities applying to participate in the Community Septic System Loan Program, Sewer Tie-In Loan Fund, or a Facility Plan Loan.

For entities applying for financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
Clean Energy Fund
For construction and implementation of clean and renewable energy projects and energy efficiency measures. Eligible borrowers include municipal and taxable authorities, public entities, and not-for-profit borrowers.
