RFP – Technical Assistance-Cumberland Resilient Ordinance Review

The Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the “Bank”), in collaboration with the Rhode Island Division of Statewide Planning (RIDSP), is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm to provide technical services for review of municipal bylaws and other planning instruments in the Town of Cumberland to increase resilience against the effects of climate change, particularly those related to increased temperatures, increased precipitation frequency/intensity and associated flooding, high winds associated with increased storm events, and periods of extreme and extended cold.
